My Rates
I offer individual, couples, and family therapy using multiple theoretical modalities. I have been a licensed therapist for over 32 years. I bring a wealth of understanding, compassion, wisdom and experience to my work.
Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes. My rate for individuals is $225 hourly. My rate for couples and families is $250. A sliding scale may be available. I take payments via Zelle, Cash, Apple Cash, or Venmo. No credit cards.
I do not take insurance, but I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company.
Psychotherapy
Online or in-person, this is traditional psychotherapy is a process primarily focused on helping you heal from hurts and learn better ways to deal with the challenges. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP)
KAP is used effectively for treatment of depression, addiction, PTSD, chronic pain, and other psychiatric diagnoses as well as for existential, psychological, and spiritual crises and growth.
